Each product displays specific cancellation conditions at the time of booking. Some bookings are non-refundable or have strict penalties during peak periods, which will be clearly stated.
If the booking was prepaid (via credit card or bank transfer), refunds are processed the same way within 3–7 days. For credit customers, a credit note will be issued.
