Welcome to Travas, part of Abou Seif Tours. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and travel-related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
Booking means an individual reservation entry for one or several Travel Product(s).
Cancellation Deadline means the last date until which Customer may cancel its Booking without Cancellation Charges.
Content means any text, data, images, or other materials.
Customer means an individual who purchases or receives Travel Products purchased by the User.
Provider means the third-party provider of Travel Products.
Travel Products means travel products including accommodation, flights, transfers, and car rentals.
Our Privacy Statement provides information about our data-collection practices and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Legal Eligibility: The User declares that they are legally eligible to enter into these Terms and have all required permits and licenses.
Account Security: The User must use strong passwords, enable multi-factor authentication, and notify Travas immediately of unauthorized account use.
Compliance: The User shall comply with all applicable laws and provide accurate booking information.
Travas will provide the User with the relevant terms and conditions for each Travel Product. The User is responsible for displaying these details to Customers and ensuring accurate information. Travas acts solely as an intermediary between Users and Providers.
Rates shown are usually net rates and include applicable taxes unless otherwise advised. The User may add its own markup. Additional local taxes or fees may apply at the destination.
Vouchers entitle customers to use pre-paid Travel Products in accordance with their terms. Any additional charges (e.g., food, late checkout) are settled directly by the Customer with the Provider.
Hotel information, ratings, and maps are for guidance only. Check-in is usually after 3:00 PM, and checkout is before 12:00 noon. Customers should inform in advance of late arrivals. Travas is not liable for inaccuracies or renovation disturbances.
Flights are booked through third-party Providers. Travas acts as a Platform only and is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or fare errors. The User must comply with airline terms and fare rules.
The User must follow Provider terms. A valid driver’s license and credit card may be required.
Transfers include pickup, luggage assistance, and transport. Waiting time is limited (15–60 minutes depending on pickup type). The User must ensure bookings match Customer requirements.
Each booking’s cancellation policy is determined by the Provider. Cancellations after the deadline may incur charges up to 100% of the booking. Administrative fees may apply for amendments or duplicate bookings.
Group bookings (over 5 rooms or 9 persons) must be sent via email for a quotation. Group terms differ from regular bookings and require prepayment.
Travas does not offer or organize travel packages. If a User creates one, they are responsible for legal compliance.
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform belong to Travas or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
Travas acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for services provided by third parties. The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties. Travas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Travas’ total liability shall not exceed USD 500. No action may be brought after 12 months from the date the cause arises.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Travas, its employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of the User’s actions or breach of these Terms.
